There’s only so many days in summer. Therefore, getting your purchase to you is a priority to us. We use GoSweetSpot for shipping of our Chill Huts. From the time of purchase, your order should not take any longer than two weeks to arrive. If your order is taking a long time, please feel free to contact us so we can assist in getting your order to you as soon as possible.

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

At Chill Hut, we take extra care in ensuring our products arrive to you in perfect condition, as described online. However, we also acknowledge that mistakes can happen. We offer full refunds or exchanges for products that are:

• Damaged or with imperfections
• Faulty, or incomplete with missing parts
• Not as described (eg incorrect colour)
